Privacy Policy
How IRSenti processes personal data, payment-related data, user account data and cookies.
Last updated 24.5.2026
1. Controller
IRSenti. Privacy-related contacts: sales@irsenti.com.
2. Data we process
- Contact details: name, email, organisation, role and messages.
- Subscription and billing data: selected plan, company ticker, payment status and billing-related information.
- Account data: login information, access rights and service logs.
- Service usage data: dashboard views, activation requests, form submissions and support requests.
- AI assistant use: the chat question and the company-specific context retrieved for it are processed to generate the answer, but conversation content is not stored in IRSenti's database. To enforce usage limits, only a daily per-user counter is stored.
- Cookie and device data: necessary cookies and, with consent, possible analytics.
3. Purposes
We process personal data to provide the service, manage users, process payments, communicate with customers, maintain security, improve the service, comply with legal obligations and manage sales and customer relationships.
4. Legal bases
Processing is based on contract or pre-contractual steps, legitimate interest, legal obligations and consent where applicable, for example for optional analytics cookies.
5. Payments and third parties
Payments are processed by Stripe. IRSenti does not process or store payment card details in its own systems. The service may use Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting, Gmail/Google Workspace based email, AI/language model services and other processors needed to provide the service.
For the AI assistant, the user question and limited company-specific context may be sent to a language model provider to generate the answer. IRSenti does not send the full dashboard data unnecessarily, only the relevant excerpts selected for the answer.
6. Public sources and analysis data
IRSenti mainly analyses publicly available investor discussion, financial media and company events. Reports may show excerpts or summaries from public sources according to the service purpose.
7. Cookies
We use necessary cookies for login, security and remembering consent settings. Optional analytics or marketing cookies are used only if the user consents. Cookie settings can be changed through the “Cookie settings” link on the site.
8. Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the service, customer relationship, billing, security or legal obligations. Unnecessary data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable time.
AI assistant conversations, questions and answers are not stored in IRSenti's database. For the daily usage limit, only the user-specific date and counter value are stored. Technical error logs may be retained for security and troubleshooting, but the service is designed not to intentionally write chat content to logs.
9. Your rights
You may have the right to access your data, request rectification or deletion, restrict or object to processing, data portability and withdraw consent. Contact sales@irsenti.com to exercise your rights.
10. Security
We use technical and organisational safeguards such as access control, encrypted connections and provider security practices. No system is completely risk-free.
11. Changes
This privacy policy will be updated when the service, processing activities, cookies, processors or legislation materially changes.
