Terms of Service

1. Service

IRSenti provides analytics for listed companies, IR teams and professional users based on investor discussion, financial media, public company events and other agreed sources. The service may include dashboards, reports, alerts, summaries and related analysis.

2. Agreement

An agreement is formed when the customer orders the service on the website, pays for a subscription, accepts an offer or starts using the service based on IRSenti's confirmation. The user must provide accurate contact, billing and company information.

3. Right to use

The customer receives a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service for its own organisation's IR, communications, management and analysis work. The service may not be resold, copied to build a competing service, shared externally without permission or used unlawfully.

4. Fees and subscriptions

Lite and Pro plans are charged according to the stated monthly price per company unless otherwise agreed. Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider. Enterprise terms may be agreed separately by offer or contract.

Any campaign, discount or test codes apply only to the subscription, period and terms stated for that code. IRSenti may reject an invalid, expired or misused discount code.

IRSenti may suspend or restrict access if payment fails, an invoice is overdue or use violates these terms.

5. Service changes

IRSenti may develop, change, add or remove service features, sources, report templates and user interfaces. We aim to communicate material changes affecting customer use reasonably. If a product change affects these terms or the privacy policy, the documents will be updated accordingly.

6. Data and analysis

The analysis is based on public sources, customer-provided information and automated or assisted interpretation. IRSenti aims to act carefully but does not guarantee that all data, sentiment classifications, summaries or conclusions are error-free, complete or up to date.

7. No investment advice

IRSenti does not provide investment advice, investment recommendations, legal advice or official communications advice. The service is intended to support decision-making. The customer remains responsible for its own IR communications, investor communications, market disclosures and decisions.

8. Accounts and security

Users must keep login details confidential and report suspected misuse promptly. The customer is responsible for the actions of its organisation's users in the service.

9. Intellectual property

IRSenti, its software, interfaces, analysis models, report templates, brand and service materials are owned by IRSenti or its licensors. The customer retains rights to its own data.

10. Reference use

IRSenti may use the customer's name and logo for reasonable reference purposes, such as on the website, in sales materials and in customer examples. Reference use does not include the customer's confidential information, unpublished reports, dashboard content behind login or other non-public material without the customer's separate consent. The customer may request removal of reference use for a justified reason by contacting IRSenti.

11. Limitation of liability

The service is provided with commercially reasonable care. IRSenti is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, reputational harm, investment decisions, consequences of market communications or third-party service disruptions. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, IRSenti's total liability is limited to the fees paid by the customer for the service during the previous three months.

12. Third-party services

The service may use providers such as Supabase, Stripe, email services, hosting services and public data sources. Disruptions or changes in those services may affect IRSenti.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation.
